Unlike most commercial cacao, which is fermented and heavily processed to suit industrial chocolate production, our cacao is lavado (washed), a traditional method that preserves its original energetic signature and higher concentrations of active compounds. This gentle, low-intervention process retains more of cacao’s naturally occurring theobromine, antioxidants, and mood-enhancing alkaloids, offering a cleaner, more potent experience that nourishes both body and spirit.
